Regular practice of the gentle Kum Nye Yoga exercises generates a process of deep relaxation for body and mind. The postures and breathing exercises of Kum Nye Yoga foster awareness and concentration. The slow and gentle movements allow the body and the senses to align and integrate with the mind and intellect. Gradually stillness, presence and vitality will come forth.
